FOE Welcome Party 2023

The Faculty of Education organized a Welcome Party at the beginning of the first semester. The event was held last August 20, 2023 at the IT Building Room 306 and 307. Students were encouraged to wear the dress code of Barbie and Ken.

The event started with a song service led by Mr. Naro Rong, Ms. Htee Lah, and Ms. Zet San Mai.

The opening prayer was done by Mrs. Cherrie Mae Juayno, one of the faculty members in the Education Department.

Mr. Su Klay Moo made the opening remark and became the host for this event, while Dr. Naltan Lampadan gave the welcome speech and introduce the teachers and staff.

To appreciate the service of EDSO in the year of 2022-2023, certificates and gifts were given to the officers.

After the appreciation, Dr. Junjun Amparo, the current advisor of EDSO, introduced all the new officers for this new academic year 2023-2024.

The event was a great opportunity to get know the new students as they embark on their new academic journey at the university.

Mr. Xia Lee, the Activity Officer, coordinated the game activities which the new and current students have enjoyed which was followed by a group picture.

The program was ended by a closing prayer by Mrs. Gauri.

The Education Department would like to thank all the EDSO Officers and teachers for their hard work and support.
